Asthma Model: OVA-induced Model on B-hIL4/hIL4RA mice

Leukocyte infiltration and eosinophil content were significantly increased by OVA challenge in G2 model group, compared with G1 control group.
The number of CD45+ cells and eosinophils were significantly reduced after dupilumab (in-house) treatment.

Results showed that no inflammatory cell infiltration in the pulmonary airway of G1 control group. Vascular and peribronchial inflammation (b) and mucus (a) secretion levels were increased in the G2 group, suggesting successful modeling. Inflammatory infiltration and mucus secretion were decreased in G3 group treated with dupilumab (in-house). These findings demonstrated that OVA successfully established an asthma model in B-hIL4/hIL4RA mice for efficacy evaluation.
